Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the product’s condition.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit, but we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
